About Me

About Me 〰️ About Me 〰️

When I was five, I sat on Santa's lap and asked for world peace on Christmas, which is pretty funny for a Jewish only child.  Two decades later I have yet to see my wish fulfilled in the literal sense, except for these sublime moments when I witness art magically heal people in the moment.
I felt it when I debuted my poem, Fleeting Friends and Feelings dedicated to the friends I’ve lost to mental illness at the La Mamma Galleria Helen Lavelle exhibit. I felt it when I sang and played My Body Is My Buddy on my ukulele at an LGBTQIA+ Pride Parade event. I felt it when performing as the Registrar and Jailor in Simon Stephens’ timely play The Trial of Ubu at Atlantic’s Stage 2 Theater. And I know I will feel it again in May when I graduate from NYU Tisch and The Atlantic Acting School.
I treasure the privilege of gaining ardor, rigor, and ease in my training and daily practice. And I couldn’t have done it without the guidance of my professors, coaches, and peers.
